Care
Caring for someone means watching over them, guarding, overseeing, helping and supporting them. This concept also summarises social welfare in a community. The types of care that we offer include childcare and day care centres for children, study mentoring, psychosocial care for people in the context of assisted living and disaster control during major incidents and hazardous situations or simply in a supervisory capacity.
We look after adolescents in our children's homes. We are responsible for ensuring that they receive cutting-edge training, that they attend school every day, have a hot meal and feel at home in our institutions.
We pursue similar aims in looking after senior citizens. Enabling elderly people to enjoy a dignified and secure old age is a matter that is close to our heart. The care also includes psychosocial aspects to improve the lives of very old people as well.
Our training programmes, such as our microcredit programme, give participants the opportunity to undertake further training to enable them to lead an independent life.
